All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During this time, our specialists carefully inspect, test when appropriate, and package your photographic equipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Package Your Items

Once authorized, carefully package your items using the original packaging materials. Include:

Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you confirmation of receipt within 2 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of photographic equipment and to ensure the integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Camera film (opened or unopened, due to sensitivity to environmental conditions)
  • Darkroom Equipment that has been used with chemicals
  • Filters with removed protective coatings or signs of use
  • Opened darkroom chemicals for safety reasons
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or with damaged packaging

Defective Equipment

If you receive defective camera equipment (including 16mm cine cameras, SLRs, medium format cameras, or lenses), please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • International Refunds: Additional 2-3 business days may apply

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB – Processed directly to your card
  • PayPal – Returned to your PayPal account

Note: The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

International Returns

We serve analog photographers worldwide, though we acknowledge limitations in certain Asian countries and remote areas. For international returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders
  • Refunds may be subject to currency conversion rates at the time of processing
